Refund Policy
A proposed, plain-language 14-day refund path for one-time academy purchases.
Draft prepared July 16, 2026 · Effective date: [OPERATOR TO SET]
Proposed policy
Ask within 14 calendar days of your original purchase.
Email support@digixdata.com from the address used for the academy account. Include the course or offer, purchase date, and a short note saying you want a refund. Never send a full card number.
What the draft covers
The proposed window applies to the first purchase of a one-time DigixData Learning offer. The request must arrive within 14 calendar days after the purchase timestamp. If approved, access connected to the refunded purchase ends when the refund is recorded.
Requests after that window are generally not eligible unless applicable law requires a refund or we decide an exception is appropriate because the service was materially unavailable or the charge was duplicated or unauthorized.
How the refund is returned
Approved refunds are sent through Stripe to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers control when the credit appears. We will send a service email when the refund is submitted.
Your legal rights
This draft does not limit a cancellation, refund, warranty, or consumer right that the law where you live does not allow us to waive.
